Meet Sell Sooner

We founded Sell Sooner as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land.

Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.

Sell Sooner is based in Moore, however, we are currently buying properties throughout FL and other areas, too.

About John and Heather

Heather and I began our journey in real estate and land investing shortly after we were married. Like many young couples, we started our life together in a mobile home with a simple dream — to one day own a place we could truly call our own. That experience shaped our passion for land and property ownership.

We understand firsthand that many families dream of owning their own piece of land, while others feel burdened by unwanted property and simply need a trustworthy solution. Our goal is to help make both paths easier — whether that means creating opportunities for ownership or providing relief and peace of mind.

Our faith in our Savior, Jesus Christ, is the foundation of our family and our business. We believe in giving back, and tithing and fast offerings are an important part of our lives. Through land investing, we’ve been blessed with the opportunity to serve others and contribute even more to the causes and communities we care about.
